Why Views Don’t Pay the Bills
From eyeballs to enquiries.
Let’s clear something up: views don’t pay the bills.
I see too many KBB businesses celebrating vanity metrics:
10,000 views on a reel.
1,000 likes on a post.
A handful of nice comments.
That’s great for the ego. But unless those views are turning into consultations… it doesn’t matter.
Here’s the difference:
👉 One of our clients hit nearly a million views last month. But the real story wasn’t the views. It was the 11,703 people who clicked their profile. And the 137 people who filled in a lead form. That’s what matters.
And the reason it worked? Because their profile was optimised. Clear CTA. Simple Typeform. Fast follow-up.
That’s how you turn viral attention into paying customers.
So ask yourself: if one of your videos blew up tomorrow, is your profile set up to capture the traffic? Or would all those eyeballs just… bounce?
This is the kind of work we do every week inside the KBB Collective. We take practical, proven lessons — branding, copywriting, social, sales, ops, people — and apply them directly to kitchen businesses like yours.
Because at the end of the day, you don’t need more noise. You need more leads.
