Most independent KBB retailers don’t track one key number:
Quote-to-sale conversion rate.
Why does this matter?
Because every time you let a warm lead go cold, you’re effectively pouring £5k+ kitchen sales straight down the drain.
The fix?
Follow up fast. Call every quote within 48 hours.
Use a simple CRM (even a spreadsheet!) to keep track of every lead.
And don’t just ask “have you decided yet?” Give them real reasons to choose you now.
This single change often adds £50k–£100k profit per year – without spending a penny on extra ads.
