Most KBB owners are one bad month away from disaster. Are you?
If you’re operating on razor-thin margins like so many of the owners I speak to, you’re probably in the same boat as them.
And I say “boat”…
It’s more like a wobbling rubber dinghy with two oars and a slow leak.
One unexpected wave — a bad month, a cancelled job, a fitter who quits — and it can all flip in an instant.
Living with that constant anxiety is exhausting. It eats away at you.
But it doesn’t have to be like that.
Inside The KBB Collective, we’re teaching owners a better way:
- Systems that make the business run like clockwork.
- Margins that actually give you breathing room.
- A roadmap so you finally feel in control rather than constantly reacting.
Does it take work? Of course.
But you don’t do it alone.
Every week you’ve got a room full of people who get it.
People who are going through the same challenges you are — and are actually making progress.
It’s amazing how much lighter the load feels when you’re not carrying it by yourself.
Take Dan, for example.
When he joined, he was doing around £1m a year on 5% net margins.
This year? £1.3m on 12% margins.
That’s roughly £100,000 extra sitting in his coffers.
Almost enough to upgrade from that rubber dinghy to a Sunseeker.
And honestly… having a supportive community around you during December — when everything feels a bit chaotic, emotional and financially tight — might be the best early Christmas present you give yourself.
Call it sanity.
Call it peace of mind.
Call it the moment you stop trying to run your business alone.
If you want next year to feel different, let’s talk.
Before the next wave hits.
