The customer sees what we do as a commodity and that’s the sad truth.

Yes you’ll get one out of 20 who are discerning enough to understand the value discrepancy, the enhanced service, the better quality…

But you need to stand out from the rest and one thing that isn’t doing it is brochures.

I don’t remember the last time I picked up something printed other than a council tax bill.

Social media is where people - and most importantly your customers - are spending their time.

Whether you like it or not, they are on Facebook, Instagram on Tik-Tok

You need to meet them where they spend their time.

Be present

Show up daily

Make engaging content that doesn’t feel salesy.

Yes it’s a lot of work

Yes it will constantly drain you of time

But it will pay off in the long run.
